- ABOUT 20 X 30 FRAME TENT: Our 20 x 30 tent rentals are perfect for open houses, graduation parties, cookouts, family gatherings, surprise parties and more! The support from the frame removes the need for any poles in the center of the tent. The 20 x 30 tent provides superior protection from the sun and from heavy rain. When side walls are added, blowing rain and wind stay outside where they belong!
- RENTAL EXPERIENCE: Each 20 x 30 tent rental is carefully cleaned and maintained in-house. Our team inspects each tent during our preparation process to ensure your tent rental looks its best for your event. For you to have plenty of time to prepare for your event, our team will typically deliver and professionally install your tent rental the Thursday before your event and return the following Tuesday to tear down and pick up the tent.
- TENT INSTALLATION: Our 20 x 30 tent rentals are professionally installed and removed by our team.
- LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: The 20 x 30 tent rentals require installation on a flat surface, including grass, gravel, asphalt, and concrete. For proper staking with 7’ on all sides, the minimum space needed for installation is 34’ x 44’. Installations on concrete or hard surfaces require water barrels to be used in place of staking into the ground, additional charges apply.
- DELIVERY: Delivery will be scheduled in advance. Delivery and additional services are not included in the rental price. For events that fall outside our standard delivery and pick up dates, please contact our Event Rental Team to discuss.
- CUSTOMER PICK UP: Customers are not permitted to pick up 20 x 30 tent rentals.
