- ABOUT OUR 100 CUP COFFEE URN: Our 100 cup coffee urn rental is the ideal way to serve coffee or hot water for tea and hot chocolate at meetings, conferences, showers and weddings! Simply add coffee grounds and water and the coffee urn will do the rest! The ready indicator light will turn on when the coffee is finished brewing and the coffee urn will automatically keep the contents hot for hours. The 2-way dripless faucet and heat resistant base and handles make pouring beverages and clean up safe and easy! The 100 cup coffee urn also features a coffee level gauge so you know if you’re running low! RENTAL EXPERIENCE: Each coffee urn is cleaned, sanitized and hand polished in-house. When preparing your order, our team makes sure your 100-cup coffee urn rental looks its best and is in proper working order for your event!
- DELIVERY: Scheduled in advance. Typically delivered on Friday, with pick up the following Monday. Other arrangements can be discussed with Event Rental Team.
- CUSTOMER PICK UP: 100 cup coffee urn rentals may be picked up from our showroom. For a convenient and efficient experience, items will be on a cart. Customers are required to load and unload their own vehicles.

- OPERATION TIPS:
- Includes metal filter, no other filter for brewing coffee is needed. If using for hot water, you do not need to place the filter in the coffee urn.
- 6 cups of coffee grounds (approximately 1.25 lbs of coffee) will make 100 cups of coffee.
- Coffee urn will brew one cup per minute. A full, 100 cup pot will take approximately an hour and 40 minutes.
- When coffee is finished brewing, ready light will come on. Coffee urn will automatically keep coffee warm until the machine is unplugged.
- CLEANING EXPECTATIONS: All 100 cup coffee urn rentals must be rinsed and free of any residue upon return.
