- ABOUT OUR 20 x 30 YELLOW & WHITE CANOPY: Our 20 x 30 yellow & white canopy rentals are perfect for causal outdoor events like open houses, graduation parties, cookouts, family gatherings, surprise parties and more! Our 20 x 30 yellow and white canopies will provide you and your guests with a designated event location with shade and protection from light rain during your event!
- RENTAL EXPERIENCE: Each 20 x 30 yellow & white canopy rental is carefully cleaned and maintained in-house. Our team inspects each canopy during our preparation process to ensure your canopy rental looks its best for your event. In order for you to have plenty of time to prepare for your event, our team will deliver your 20 x 30 yellow & white canopy rental the Friday before your event and will return the following Monday to pick up.
- CANOPY INSTALLATION: Our 20 x 30 yellow & white canopy rentals are customer install and tear down. Each canopy includes the pieces you need along with detailed written instructions to help you along the way. You’ll just need to supply a mallet for staking and a friend to help you because the canopy installation and tear down requires two people.
- LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: The 20 x 30 yellow & white canopy rental requires installation on a flat, all grass area only. For proper staking with 7’ on all sides, the minimum area needed for installation is 34’ x 44’. All canopies are unable to be set up on a hard surface. If you would like to cover a driveway or other hard surface, you will need a tent rental.
- PROTECTION OFFERED: Canopy will provide protection from sun and light rain. Side walls cannot be added to canopies.
- DELIVERY: Delivery will be scheduled in advance. For events that fall outside our standard delivery and pick up dates, please contact our Event Rental Team to discuss.
- CUSTOMER PICK UP: Customers are not permitted to pick up 20 x 30 yellow and white canopy rentals.
